Facility included 5 ORs, 3 Cardiac Catheterization (Cath) Labs, 2 Electrophysiology (EP) labs, 16 PACU rooms, 32 ICU inpatient rooms, Cardiac Diagnostics, and SAU departments.

TRUST Business Consulting led the operational and equipment unit transition plans for the $1M+ project including cardiovascular, abdominal transplant, neuro, oncology, stroke, orthopedic, and urology service lines. Total of 9 units were moved and approximately 280 patients were relocated.

TRUST Business Consulting led the business case development, budgeting and board member approval process, equipment planning and procurement, and operational and equipment unit transition plans for the $11M project. This included facility aggregation of 3 units and 104 patients in order to open the new trauma service line on one single floor. A total of 78 new patient units were opened for the trauma and neurosurgical service lines.
